Since yesterday i've been struck with a want and will to write a historical fiction of World War II, well, a tribute to the brave who landed on Omaha and Utah beaches on June 6th, 1944 otherwise known as D-Day: Operation Overlord.
I've always had a fondness of learning our world's history and World War II has always been my center of attention for such and i've only expanded my studies further and engrossed myself lately in much of it as of late to deliver an indepth feel of the war and battle that had taken place on that day. I want to pull the reader down into the dirt and grit of it and give that 'I don't want to be here' overwhelming feeling. I hope to only deliver an incredible writing and will work on this writing for some time before actually posting it up for others to read.
Like I said before i've always been taken by the events that had happened in and around World War II and I hope I could do justice to the brave soldiers who charged those beaches on that early foggy morning.
